Mario joined Rueter Scargall Bennett LLP after completing his articles at a boutique law firm focused on commercial litigation and technology law. Mario has a broad practice that encompasses a number of legal areas, including commercial litigation, securities litigation, breach of duty claims (professional, fiduciary, and good faith), employment law, and expropriation law.

Mario completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Osgoode Hall Law School (2007), and he is called to the Bar of Ontario (2008). Mario received an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto (1998), and he has completed the Canadian Securities Course (2000) from the Canadian Securities Institute.
