Guillaume joined Rueter Scargall Bennett LLP in 2009 following his articling term with a major Canadian law firm. Fluently bilingual in French and English, Guillaume serves clients in both languages and his practice focuses mainly on expropriation law.
Guillaume received an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2008 and, prior to entering law school, he received a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2003.
Guillaume is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Ontario Expropriation Association, the International Right of Way Association and the Association of French Speaking Jurists of Ontario.
